Please note - Irrespective of the cancellation slabs mentioned above, if you cancel tour services after making the booking with us , a minimum 10% service charge would be applicable.
In case of peak season bookings (Special seasons like Diwali - 15th Oct to 15th Nov - & X’ Mas / New Year period - 15th Dec to 15th Jan) absolutely NO refund will be provided.
If you cancel the trip after it has begun, refund would be restricted to a limited amount. That too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Depending on your travel dates and the hotels where you have been booked, there could be variations in the percentage of the sum refund. Nonetheless, we will try to refund as much of the package cost as possible.
All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to provide you with an idea of the probable trip schedule. Multiple factors including weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may result in itinerary changes either before or during the tour. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the best interests of the customers’ safety, comfort and good health.
Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. However, Hotels and Airlines retain the right to change the rates without notice. In case of such change, we may alter the rates quoted before the modification as per the latest modifications in rates made by hotels or airlines. Please note that hotel bookings are based on typical check in and checkout time of the hotels until unless otherwise indicated in the itinerary.
Nature & Hues Holidays shall not be responsible for any delays & changes in the programme or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
Nature & Hues Holidays shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of God, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s are at the client's risk at all times.
