This package is normally offered and organized for Ayurveda special experience for mental health and wellness. The first few days of the tour would exclusively be focused on Ayurveda special experience, after which you get a guided tour to some of the most enchanting destinations in Kerala – including Munnar, Thekkady, Alappuzha, Varkala and Kovalam. 

We will try to understand your needs like what type of wellness and mental health you require. So, we can guide you to the ideal Ayurvedic massage centres and yoga centres. We have connected with Marma therapy centres, Panchakarma centres, Yoga centres, Massage therapy centres and more.

We plan your vacation chart based on Ayurvedic treatment and the locations you are interested in visiting. 

Treatments will be available for Back or Neck Pain, Migraine, Arthritis – Joint or Muscle Pain, Skin diseases, Sleep disorders, Obesity or Weight Management. Also, at all the centres, doctor’s consultation will be available. 

PACKAGE  ITINERARY

Day 1 - You will be picked up from Cochin Airport – On the way to the ayurvedic centre, you will enjoy some waterfalls, local shops and natural scenic spots.

Day 2 – Ayurvedic treatment + agriculture farm visit

Day 3 - Ayurvedic treatment + Kerala food cooking activities

Day 4 – Ayurvedic treatment + Kerala village visit, local shops, historical places visit etc.

We will arrange other places visits based on your Ayurvedic treatment time and the duration of the vacation. Other places like Hilltop resorts, beach resorts, Kerala backwater houseboat journeys and many more options.

Kerala tourist locations include - Athirapally waterfall, Munnar Hill station, Thekkady Hill station, Alleppey, Kuttanad backwaters, Varkala beach, Thiruvananthapuram, Kovalam beach, Poovar island, Houseboat Journey at Alleppey etc.
